A man was rushed to hospital in a serious condition after a medical emergency at Walton Highway service station

A man was rushed to hospital after a medical emergency on Saturday morning.

Police were called to the Walton Highway Services on Light Lane on Saturday morning at 9.15 following reports of a man suffering a medical episode.

One ambulance, two rapid response vehicles, an ambulance officer vehicle, and the East Anglian Air Ambulance attended the scene.

One man was flown to Papworth Hospital in a serious condition.
