Team of the Year revealed as Inkley Media Design and Print in Chatteris

A team that specialises in web design and logos has scooped up an award for their impressive partnership.

The team at Inkley Media Design and Print won the Employee or Team of the Year award at this year’s Fenland Citizen Business Awards.

The Chatteris-based company were up against the team at The Med for the award, but category sponsors Nestle Purina chose the team at Inkley as the winner.

At the front of the team was 23-year-old Holly Jean, who has been working at the firm since she was 18 years old.

Holly said: “We’re really chuffed.

“It is fantastic, we all care about the business so it overrides everything we do.

“We really want to keep expanding and expanding the team and really championing young people and bringing them into the design and marketing industry.”

Wendy Smith from Nestle Purina said: “This was a particularly difficult category to judge. Each team deserves recognition for the part they play in the business they work within. But there has to be a winner.

“The winning team is fronted by a very young but passionate individual whose belief in having a happy workforce just shines through.

“The team feels valued and works as one, benefitting from the trust given to them and the continued success of the business.”
