Empty shops in Long Sutton sold and let
There is good news for Long Sutton as new life will be breathed into a number of empty shops.
Estate agents are reporting that a number of vacant shops have either been sold or let in recent weeks.
The former Long Sutton TSB in West Street has been sold for £120,000 according to CBRE.
While Geoffrey Collins and Co has let a former cafe in Long Sutton’s Market Place to a retailer. It has also received some interest in letting the former sweet shop in Long Sutton.
While The Prideview Group has an ‘acquired’ board on the former Barclays Bank in Long Sutton.
Long Sutton has five empty shops and South Holland District Council leader Nick Worth said: “Long Sutton is a lovely market town with a busy market which helps to encourage foot fall on the high street. I think there is a lot of good stuff going on."
