Next step for Diamond Byte Solutions as it opens new unit at Bambers Retail Park in Wisbech

A business is going to the next level by opening up new premises.

Diamond Byte Solutions has joined a host of local businesses by opening a new retail unit at the former Pondworld shop at Bambers Retail Park on Lynn Road in Wisbech.

Established in 2008, Diamond Byte offers IT support to customers in Wisbech, March, and the surrounding villages and is very proud of its commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Owner Philip Brooks said: “Many of our customers have been with us since the business began, and we are grateful for their loyal support over the last 16 years.

“The new retail unit offers a range of both new and good-quality refurbished laptops and desktops, the latter being not only great value for money but also an environmentally friendly option.”

Their refurbished laptops and desktops are skilfully restored and come with a six or 12-month guarantee.

Philip added: “We can build new custom desktops - from cheap and cheerful ones for simple surfing or work to more powerful ones for editing photographs and videos, all with a minimum two-year warranty.

“We also offer a gaming PC range and use the latest technology from reputable brands such as Intel, AMD and Nvidia to build them.

“We will work with you to configure a gaming PC to your exact requirements using our in-store PC Builder website, which offers over a trillion different combinations.”

The retail unit is also open for you to bring in your computers for repair and Diamond Byte Solutions will aim to diagnose problems and to get desktops and laptops fixed as quickly and as professionally as they can.

Their services include (but are not limited to) virus removal, software and hardware issues, data recovery and system back-ups, with Philip adding: “We will always gladly offer advice on how to take care of your computer. If we cannot fix it, there is no charge for the customer.

“We will continue to offer call-out services and will gladly visit you at home, either to provide an on-site repair or to pick up your computer to repair in the shop, after which we will deliver it back to you.”
