'Wisbech roads are still awful 10 months after my letter'

I wrote to your paper in May 2021 regarding the disgraceful state of Wisbech roads.

Now here’s the thing – we are now 10 months later and these roads are still in the same condition.

The road users in Wisbech should not have to put up with this, it is totally unacceptable.

It is so dangerous, it is now so bad that instead of concentrating on driving you have to keep watching out for potholes.

Does it have to take a serious accident for something to be done? I have lost count of how many times I have contacted Cambs Highways in the last year but to no avail.
