A pensioner who lost £40 outside a Wisbech store is putting out an appeal for help in finding the money.

Doreen Bainbridge lost the four £10 notes outside the B&M store on Saturday after her purse flew open.

Mrs Bainbridge did not notice the money was missing until the following day.

She said: “I am a pensioner and really can’t afford to lose that money so would be glad if it could be returned if found.”
