Planning applications lodged this week in Fenland District

The following planning applications have been submitted to Fenland District, West Norfolk Borough and South Holland District Council.

Chatteris: F/YR23/0304/AG1, land north of Lamb & Flag, Iretons Way, construction of an agricultural building.

Doddington: F/YR23/0303/F, 29 Primrose Hill, erect one replacement dwelling (2-storey, 4-bedroom), involving the demolition of an existing detached 2-storey dwelling and an outbuilding, the widening of an existing access, and associated works.

Manea: F/YR23/3040/COND, site of former DRP Vehicle Services, Fallow Corner Drove, details reserved by conditions 2 (landscaping), 5 (contamination) and 6 (highway) of planning permission F/YR20/0099/F (erect two dwellings (2-storey 4-bed) involving demolition of existing building).

March: F/YR23/03039/COND, land east of Davern Workwear, Elliott Road, details reserved by conditions 3 (landscaping), 8 (visibility splays) and 15 (accesses) of planning permission F/YR19/0036/F (erection of two 3-storey 5-bed dwellings (revision to plots 7 and 8 of F/YR14/0305/RM)).

Newton-in-the Isle: F/YR23/0207/VOC, Chartwell House, Goodens Lane, removal of condition 1 relating to planning permission F/0108/87/F (continued use of dwelling as residential children’s home without its occupancy being restricted to Mr. And Mrs. Chapman as imposed on previous planning permission No. F/0667/85/F) to remove personal condition.
