Increased patrols and youth engagement helping cut anti-social behaviour in Chatteris

Police say that patrols and positive engagement are having a good impact in reducing anti-social behaviour in Chatteris.

Increased patrols have been carried out across the town, particularly during darkness, following concerns raised to the Neighbourhood Policing Team of bad behaviour and and damage to cars

A spokesman said: "Alongside this, positive youth engagement continues to have a huge positive impact on reducing calls for service."
