Police find drugs in March properties during search

Officers found drugs and weapons as they carried out searches at two addresses in March yesterday (Wednesday) in response to community concerns.

The Fenland Neighbourhood Police Team first visited an address in Pierson Court where five men were detained after they attempted to flee the property via the front windows upon seeing the officers.

In a social media post, the team said the men were stopped by two officers and searched but they were found to have nothing in their possession, however in the house class A and B drugs, scales, weapons and about £800 in cash were found.
