Travellers have set up on Long Sutton field

Police say they are speaking with the travellers who have set up in Long Sutton.

A group of travellers are reported to have arrived yesterday (Wednesday) at a field on the outskirts of the town.

A statement on South Holland Police's Facebook page said: "We are aware of a group of travellers residing on a field off the A17 at Long Sutton.

"We are in contact with the travellers, the person in control of the land and the local authority."
