Citizen photographer snaps revellers attending the Neale-Wade Academy's prom night

There was glitz and glamour, glad-rags and handbags as students at the Neale-Wade Academy in March celebrated the end of school with their leavers prom night.

This year the event was held at the school and pupils arrived in an array of vehicles from posh limos, to super cars and vintage vehicles.

They swapped their school uniform for posh frocks and suits to dance the night away having completed their GCSEs last month.

Friday night was all about celebrating and having fun, but now they have the nerve-wracking wait for their exam results next month.
