Wisbech reader angry at dirty dog-owners

Whoever is walking their dog down Elm Low Road, Wisbech and not picking up their dog poo should be very ashamed of themselves.

Poo bags, are very cheap and there is a doggy bin at the bottom of the road.

Please pick it up and be a responsible dog owner!
