Cllr Chris Boden, leader of Fenland District Council and portfolio holder for finance, said: Every year our Business Plan and Budget sets out what we want to achieve and how we intend to do it – with the people of Fenland at the forefront of our minds. Residents, visitors, employees, employers, our workforce – people are at the heart of everything we do, no matter how we plan for the years ahead.

“The outcomes we focus on, the actions we’ll deliver through working collaboratively with our partners and communities, are what change people’s lives for the better and for the long- term.

"Yes, there are continued pressures and constraints on our finances, but we are fully committed to improving opportunities for everyone and making Fenland an even better place to live, work and raise a family.

“It’s important that people share their views on our plans for the year ahead so we can make sure we’ve got it right. So, please take part in the consultation.”
