Chatteris store's donation to Doddington Hospital staff

Hard working NHS staff at Doddington Hospital were given a late Easter treat from a Chatteris store.

Jack's Supermarket on Fenland Way delivered Easter Eggs and gift cards to spend in store. Jack's has also donated products to support schools, hospices and care homes.

Store manager Peter Lonsdale said: "We know these are challenging times for everyone, but especially for those working on the front line in the NHS. The nurses do an amazing job, and we're delighted to make this donation.

"It's a great feeling to be able to brighten someone's day, which is why we try to help as much as we can. We're really glad to be able to give back to a community that's been so kind to us."
