'Time for Tea' as Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre opens its doors

People had a chance to enjoy tea and cake at one of the area's most highly regarded cancer treatment centres.

Matron Michelle Knight and her team issued an open invitation to the local community inviting them to Saturday's 'Time for Tea' event at the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech on Saturday.

The aim of the event was to showcase the newly renovated centre and gardens and for people to find out more about what the work carried out at the centre, which is run by the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and looks after people going through cancer treatment, offering palliative care and also end of life support to patients and their families.
