'Wisbech Town Council should take the initiative'

Mr Alan Wheeldon wrote a creditable letter to the local press recently highlighting and praising the attributes of Wisbech and the failure by the “Beyond Cambridge” tourist management group to even mention Wisbech.

If they ignore Wisbech’s existence, like other Cambridge-based authorities, they will not go out of their way to find out for themselves.

How about an initiative from Wisbech Town Council to use the information in Mr Wheeldon’s list, publish the Town assets and submit it to “Beyond Cambridge”, insisting upon them including it in future publications?
