Doorbrite Limited in March receives business innovation award
It was “unbelievable” for a business that specialises in keeping kitchens looking fresh to win an award at this year's Fenland Citizen Business Awards.
Doorbrite Ltd, based in March, were crowned business innovation winners for their work transforming kitchens through their paint spraying services.
The company was founded in 2019 by husband and wife duo Wayne and Kay Marshall.
Wayne said: “It is unbelievable to win this award.
“It is about recognition, doing what we already do, saving people money, saving the planet, it is just fantastic.
“I am a bit speechless if I am quite honest.”
Doorbrite Ltd were up against Goldstar Metal Traders Limited and Advanced Precision Technologies Limited to win the award – which was sponsored by Nestle Purina.
Wendy Smith from Nestle Purina said: “They are climate-conscious, preventing anything from going to landfill adopting an approach of saving their customers thousands of pounds by recycling and surface covering rather than buying new.
“Their research, development, and investment in state of the art materials puts them ahead of most others in their industry across the UK.”
