LEARN MOREA vehicle ended up in a West Norfolk village river, police have reported this morning.
Officers from Downham were made aware of the vehicle in the water opposite the Five Bells Inn on St Peters Road in Upwell.
Police said the driver was "safe and well", and was the only occupant of the vehicle at the time.
