• 7pm-9pm The Community Room, Tesco Extra, Cromwell Road, Wisbech, PE14 0SF Wisbech Diabetes UK Group open meeting with speaker Jane McClinchy – talk to the group and giving an update about food and diabetes. Everyone welcome, there are no membership requirements and light refreshments available. Free entry.

• Mid-week flying with free landing, Fenland Aero Club, Fenland Airfield, Holbeach St Johns.

• Upwell playing field, car boot sale every Thursday, pitches £5, toilets and refreshments available, booters 8am, buyers 9am. Car boot £5 per pitch unlimited space covering 2.5 acres, no need to book, contact Ros on 07765045377.

• Fangtasia visit Fossils Galore, High Street, March, 10am-5pm.

• Wississippi Jazz Men, March Town Council summer concerts, West End Park, 2-4pm.

• Professional graffiti artist workshop for children aged 10 and over, Guyhirn Village Hall, £20 for half-day and £35 for full day.

• Friends of March Library coffee morning, 10am-noon, Wordsworth Room. Refreshments available – and try your luck in the prize raffle, too. Everyone welcome!

• 10am-noon, Leverington Church, Friends of Leverington Church monthly market. A wide variety of fresh produce, plants, gifts, home-made cakes, craft items and so much more. The ever-popular coffee shop will be open, so come along to buy a cake or meet up with friends over a cuppa and slice of home-made cake. Engage in the Afternoon at Chatteris Library, 2pm-3.30pm. Talk by Mike Petty, Cambridgeshire researcher, lecturer and historian, on ‘Fenland history on your computer; the Library on your laptop’. Entrance is free and refreshments will be provided.
