Wisbech driver charged with failing to provide a roadside breath test

This white Citroen attracted the attention of officers on Saturday (10) evening as it travelled slowly along Bedford Street, Wisbech.

Officers suspected that the driver was unfit to drive through drink or drugs.

The female driver refused to co-operate with a roadside breath test and was arrested for failing to provide a sample of breath.

At the police station the driver again refused to co-operate with providing an evidential sample.

A 36-year-old woman from Wisbech has since been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and will appear in Court at a later date.
