Wisbech Grammar School's youngest pupils wow with their 'Wriggly Nativity'

Pupils at Wisbech Grammar School's Magdalene House wowed family and friends with their annual Christmas nativity.

Entitled "A Wriggly Nativity" the play was the retelling of the Christmas story and saw Millie and Frankie Patrick from the school's Prep 1 Class take on the lead roles of Mary and Joseph.

Pupils from the kindergarten, Prep 1 and Prep 2 all took part in the fun and lively performance.

Keryn Neaves, deputy head of the prep school, said: "The children did not disappoint with their rendition of ‘A Wriggly Nativity’. This is very apt for little ones who struggle to sit still through a performance.

"At last, there is a play that will let them all jiggle! It’s fun, it’s alive, it’s a hive of activity. The pupils put on an impressive performance to their families and staff. It was great for our kindergarten children to open with a Christmas carol too."
