Wisbech property shut by police over anti-social behaviour and drugs

A property in Wisbech that had become a magnet for anti-social behaviour and crime including drug use has been shut.

The Wisbech Neighbourhood Policing team signed off a full closure order at 20 St Paul's Close yesterday (Thursday).

Over the past few months, the property had been repeatedly damaged, suspected criminals had been using it, and it had attracted drug use and anti-social behaviour.

It had caused significant disruption to the local community and residents.

Now the property has been closed for an initial period of three months. This means anyone found there will be committing an offence and may be arrested.
