Witness appeal after man is attacked in March town centre

A man in his forties suffered serious facial injuries after he was punched in the face during an attack in March town centre.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at around 8.20pm last night (Monday) on the footpath beside Gray's Lane.
Reports say the man was punched several times in the face by his assailants.
Ambulance services attended. The victim was treated at the scene but refused further medical treatment.
