Woman taken to hospital after crashing car into China Rose in Elm

One person was taken to hospital after crashing their car into a Chinese takeaway.

Officers were called to the incident where a car had left the road, smashing into the front of China Rose on Elm Road in Wisbech at around 10am on Saturday.

Emergency services, including a fire crew from Outwell, along with an ambulance and a paramedic, attended the scene.

A woman was transported to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn for further assessment and care.
