Woman taken to hospital with serious injuries following two-vehicle crash on High Road in Newton-in-the-Isle

One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash.

Police were called at 12.50pm on Saturday to a two-vehicle crash on High Road in Newton in the Isle.

Officers attended together with paramedics and fire crews from March and Wisbech.

One woman was cut from her car by firefighters and taken to hospital with serious injuries which are thought not to be life-threatening.
