XL Bully attacked Golden Retriever in Emneth

An XL Bully attacked another dog while off its lead on a school road.

Police have launched an investigation after receiving reports of the XL Bully attacking a Golden Retriever while it was off its lead and unmuzzled.

The incident took place at around 7.45pm on Hollycroft Road in Emneth - the street which runs through the centre of the village and where Emneth Academy is located.

Neither the Golden Retriever being walked nor its owner suffered any injuries.

A Norfolk Police spokesperson has confirmed that inquiries are under way.
