A young girl who loves beauty has been picked from many entries to be crowned this year’s Rose Queen.

Kacey Goodson-Allen, 13, who lives with her parents in Wisbech, has been selected as Rose Fair Queen.

Kacey is a keen horse rider who wants dearly to work with these creatures in the future.

She tries her best with everything despite being diagnosed with dyslexia.

She’s a practical girl who spends time making and modelling things and has a keen interest in beauty, and hopes to do this for GCSE.

Kacey’s hobbies are horse riding, drawing and making things, as well as learning to play darts and pool.

Cllr Samantha Hoy said: “She is a lovely young lady, so I am sure she will do well.”
