Three Counties runner Alice Ingman finishes second in age category at Lake Louisa 10k in Florida





Three Counties Running Club member Alice Ingman took part in the Lake Louisa 10k in Florida.

The race started at 7.40am with temperatures already hitting the mid-70s and the humidity at 98%.

Alice had a fantastic run, not only finishing in a great time of 1:10:56 but also claiming second in her age category of 50-59.

Last Sunday saw some club members run in the second event in the Shouldham XC series, hosted by Ryston Runners, this time a 9k race.

First home for the club was Gary Bligh in a time of 37:33, Gary Ingrey 42:19 and Lorraine Parker and Sarah Lamb crossing the line together in a time of 1:01:03.
