Elm Pool runner-up was Tony Nisbett on 62lb

Kev Lee rounded off the Fenland Rods season with yet another match win, topping the field from peg 13 on the Elm Pool with 68lb 13oz.

Runner-up was Tony Nisbett on 62lb, followed by Mel Lutkin on 57lb 9oz.

Spratts AC are coming to the end of their 2018 campaign and looking at the latest match result they will be disappointed not to get a few more matches in.

They caught the weather and the fish just right on the Damson Pool at Decoy Lakes which saw Peter Spriggs put a massive 209lb 3oz to the scales. Peter caught on paste and meat close in from peg 5 catching carp to 7lb.

In second place with 136lb 10oz was Trevor Cousins, who fished banded pellet close in but up in the water from peg 9.

Third place went to Mac Campbell with 113lb 14oz.

In the latest Wednesday club/open match reports from the Tydd Gote club fishing the North Level Drain, weights took a tumble.

A week earlier double figure nets were needed to make the frame but in this one Dennis Houghton took the honours with a small fish catch weighing in a modest 5lb 8oz. Runner-up with 3lb 12oz was Dave Simmonds followed by Mark Charters on 3lb 2oz.
