Don Green continues fine Tydd Gote Angling Club Open form with 12-tench catch on North Level

The North Level at Tydd Gote continues to fish extremely well with tench and an abundance of silver fish showing to match and pleasure anglers alike.

At the Wednesday Tydd Gote Angling Club Open, venue regular Don Green (pictured) continued his excellent form with a superb 12-tench catch to worm and caster, from end peg 6, to put 46lb 9oz on the scales and take a comfortable win.

Pete Emery was on the concrete and fished the whip with maggot to take a netful of rudd for an impressive 20lb 6oz for second place.
