Positive results around the country on varied terrain from Three Counties Running Club members last weekend.

The usual King’s Lynn Parkrun 5K produced more personal best times. Fresh from their triathlon exploits in Lisbon, Sue George and Colin Simpson were on the Sussex coast for a 5K and then cycled off to Worthing to watch father and son Richard and Joseph Hammond join thousands of others running the Worthing 10K.

Three brave souls tried to beat the tide and tackle the sand at the Hunstanton 10K.
