Julie Perry hosts ladies captain's AM/AM competition at Tydd St Giles Golf Club

Tydd St Giles Golf Club held its Ladies Captain's AM/AM competition last week.

The winning team consisted of Jackie Maton, Chris Doy and Maie Osborn - who took victory with 96 points.

Ladies captain Julie Perry thanked all for taking part, and was pleased to announce that on the day £150 was raised for the chosen charity Leukaemia UK.

Meanwhile, Wayne Alder won in Division One of the Mens July Medal with a net 68.

Ashley Ziebart was second, with Michael MC’Creery in third.

Darrell Pacey won in Division Two with a net 66, while Richard Howlett took the Division Three crown with a net 65.

Mick Vassall's 42 points were enough to see him claim the Seniors Individual Stableford Division One victory.

Phil Wilkinson won on countback in Division Two, edging out Paul Jackson and Dave Punshon. Brian Crilly won Division Three.
