Three Counties runners enjoy fantastic times, PBs and podium positions

LEARN MOREThree Counties Running Club members took part in various Parkruns at the weekend - producing some fantastic times, PBs and podium positions.
King’s Lynn had a total of 309 runners on a chilly but sunny Saturday morning.
Daniel Barnes finished seventh out of 309 at King’s Lynn with a PB time of 18:12.
Jonathan Beesley was next to finish in 27th position at 20:58. Tamara Barnes finished third in her age category but also knocked more than a minute off to finish with a new PB of 26:15. Lou Mayer finished in 35:15.
Dawn Ball came home as first female and 24th place at March Parkrun, in a time of 24:49, followed by Tracey Else and Jonathan Quail, who both crossed the line in 27.
Tracey got her club PB and also third female. Victoria May and Donna Johnson both crossed the line together in a great time of 29:06.
Melvin Green was next in 29:25, closely followed by Jennie Anne Ambrose, who knocked over a minute off her time to claim a fantastic 29:33 time and also second in age.
