Charlie Framingham breaks Wisbech Junior Parkrun record

Youngsters were in fine form at the latest Wisbech Junior Parkrun.

A sunny Sunday morning saw 24 juniors and 20 volunteers take to the town park - including four who tried their hand for the first time.

They were young Leo, Alexander, Rex and Callum.

To round off a brilliant day, six kids achieved PBs.

They were Austin S, Daniel H, Henry B, Isla S, Ava S and Charlie F - with a big congratulations being given to all.

The Wisbech Junior Parkrun started back in May 2018, when the course record of 7:00 was set for the 11-14 age category.

But at the weekend, Charlie Framingham finally broke it - setting a new course record of 6:36.
