March Colts back with a handsome win
March Colts entertained a young Spalding team as rugby returned to the town for the first time in over a year.
The home team ran out 27-7 winners in a match that was unfortunately brought to a premature end due to an injured visiting player.
A well trained March team started very brightly and scored two quick tries and were in control until Spalding scored a try against the run of play.
As the half went on March started to dominate with good ball handling skills and before half time had scored three more tries to take control of the game.
The game was called off early in the second period.
Man of the Match was Angus Flint and tries were scored by George Howat, Harvey Brown, Josh Sandall and Danny Grieve (2).
