Disappointing end to the season for Leverington Sports and cup heartache for Marshland St James Reserves

A season so full of promise for Leverington Sports ended in disappointment as two defeats last week made it four losses on the trot.

Sports finish sixth in the Peterborough League Premier Division and are 11 points shy of champions Moulton Harrox.

On Saturday, Jordan Webb scored their goal in a 4-1 defeat at Stanground Sports, with Webb also netting twice in a 4-3 home reversal to Deeping Rangers Reserves the previous Tuesday.
