A point for Parson Drove but defeats for Wisbech,March and Wisbech St Mary

Parson Drove were the only Fenland senior team to avoid defeat this afternoon as they drew at fellow strugglers Debenham LC.

Drove remain second from bottom of the Thurlow Nunn eastern Counties League First Division North after the goalless draw.

In the same division, Wisbech St Mary are still rock bottom after losing 2-0 at home to third place Downham Town.

March Town's 14-game undefeated Premier Division record finally came to an end when they lost 3-0 at home to second place Wroxham.

Wisbech Town surrendered a 2-1 half time league to lose 3-2 at home to Cambridge City (match report here) in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Midland Division.

Sam Bennett scored twice for Allan Ross' men (see his reaction here) as they went 1-0 and 2-1 up, but two second half goals within the space of four minutes saw them fall to a club record 12thconsecutive league defeat.

Wisbech also had striker Nathan Kelly red carded for a two footed challenge in the 77th minute.
