Parson Drove make the short trip to Holbeach in United Counties League derby clash
Parson Drove will be out to maintain their unbeaten start on the road when they travel to Holbeach on Wednesday night.
All seven of Drove's points have come on their travels this campaign after losing 3-0 at home to one of the Thurlow Nunn First Division North title favourites Haverhill Rovers.
Manager Arran Duke said: "The fixture against Holbeach will be another physical test and we want to go out there and try to cause an upset.
"We've created plenty of chances we've not converted enough so that's something we will look to improve on over the coming weeks but I believe in the lads we have to do that."
Unbeaten Haverhill Rovers were good value for their win at Main Road at the weekend.
Ryan Twinn, dual-registered March attacker Ben Seymour-Shove and Luke Lindsay were on target for the visitors.
Another dual-registered Hare, Luis Cowie, came off the bench for Rovers in the second half.
"It was a tough game Saturday against very experienced opposition," admitted Duke.
"They are a side I feel will be in the promotion picture at the end of the season and whilst we competed for large periods, their quality shone through
"Squad-wise we have good numbers but we perhaps showed the effects of a busy week on Saturday so there may be a few changes to the line-up for Wednesday as we've had a pretty consistent starting 11 over the last three games
"I've been pleased with the group in all the fixtures. Whilst we've not taken as many points as we would like, we've been competitive and played some good football which we know will reap the rewards it deserves over time.
"We've played some very difficult fixtures in a tough start to our season."
Drove are back in home action when they entertain third-from-bottom Needham Market Reserves on Saturday as they look to register their first points on home soil.
"We are a great group that is in the early stages together," said Duke.
"They are beginning to gel a number of them are making their first steps into this level and we will be patient and keep learning."
