Sutton St James speed skater crowned three-time British champion in Nottingham
A young speed skater from Fenland is a three-time British champion.
Holly Gray, from Sutton St James, won the 100 metre, 200m and 500m sprint races at the British Championships in Nottingham.
The eight-year-old, a pupil at Sutton St James CP School, competed against others from all over the UK.
On her success, Holly's mum Ginny said: "We are very proud of Holly and all that she has achieved with her skating – this is just the latest in a long list of events she has competed in and done really well in."
The youngster won all three of her races and was awarded gold medals to crown her British champion for each race.
She was awarded the overall British Championship - the highest accolade she can achieve - and received the shield.
Holly will now take a break before focusing on the outdoor season and the outdoor championships, which are being held in London in July.
