Fenland Running Club kicked off the Frostbite series in St. Neots last week
With beautiful late-October sun shining down on Sunday, 15 Fenland Running Club members kicked off the Frostbite series.
They headed to Priory Park in St. Neots for the first five-mile cross country race of the campaign.
Facing off against 15 other club teams, with 381 runners at the event, they put in an excellent performance.
Rimis Muduras put in a brilliant shift, and crossed the line first for Fenland in a time of 30:14.
This placed him 23rd in the overall standings.
Conditions and the course itself were good for running on the day, with very little mud through the woodland sections meaning the ground was firm.
The likes of Martin Jennings, Nigel Seale and Tom Richards all put in impressive performances.
