Three Counties Running Club members take on two events
Three Counties Running Club members took part in two totally different at the weekend.
Craig Freestone and Tracey Else took part in the East Coast 10k, hosted by Great Yarmouth Road Runners.
There were 674 finishes and Freestone enjoyed a great run to finish in 50th position in a great time of 41:42.
Else also had a fantastic run using this race as a 10k practice training run in preparation for NYE 10k, finishing in a great time of 53:22.
TCRC Members Richard and Dawn Goodley took part in the Houghton Hall five-mile cross-country race in the beautiful grounds of Houghton Hall estate.
Both members finished in very respectable times especially with the condition. Richard finished in a time of 42:12PB and Dawn 48:48.
A few club members took part in an open track session hosted by PANVAC back in October.
Gary Bligh and Hayden Kearns both took part in the 1500m event. Bligh finished second in a PB time of 5:30:30 and Kearns also a PB of 5:12:80.
Richard Allen and Tamara Barnes took part in the 800m event both recording PB’s. Allen recorded a time of 2:28:50 and Barnes 3:26:60.
