Wisbech sees off teams from St Ives, March and City of Ely in latest Junior Fenland League outing





Wisbech Swimming Club made it four wins from four in the Junior Fenland League.

Competing at Newmarket in the last event before the final, they took on teams from St Ives, March and City of Ely.

Wisbech again ended the night in first place with 135 points, which was a 24-point winning margin.

From the 44 races, the team achieved 24 personal best times with nine cut-times being broken, and 21 first place finishes.

These were achieved by: Morgan Arthur (3) Holly Smith (2) Max Balsevics (2) Maisie Bishop (2) Shay Connolly (2) Adam Chuchra (2) Luke Wilson, Evalyn Wakeham, Agata Lusczkiewicz, Race Elmer, Rosie Clements, Arabella Tysterman, Oscar Muller, Poppy Ryan.

Wisbech now heads into the final in September in a quest to retain their title.
