March athletes well represented at 10k race in King’s Lynn
March Athletics Club members continued their fine racing form at the GEAR 10k in King's Lynn.
Mark Godfrey led the way for the club in 37:22, followed by Tim Brammer in 38:3,0 as the pair both had amazing runs.
Rosie Mead was next back and first lady for the club, achieving a time of 38:41.
Dean Markillie and Bryan Newman were next to cross the finishing line with sub-50-minute finishes.
Dawn Goodley was the second lady, followed closely by Victoria May.
The juniors were also present at the event in Lynn and performed amazingly.
Archie McClure finished second in the race and Alfie McClure secured a top 15 finish.
Elsewhere, three March AC runners ran the Milton Keynes Half Marathon.
Serge Lambert smashed his PB in 1:28:32.
Mike Blackledge achieved a time of 1:48:46, followed closely by Tina Lambert in 1:55:29.
At the same event, Michelle Prior ran the Marathon and finished in 3:55:25 to earn a Sub-four-hour time.
