March Town have added young centre half Sol Goodby to their ranks.

The Hares announced their latest signing last night, and the defender will go into their squad straight away for tonight's home friendly against Holbeach United.

First team boss Ashley Taylor told the club's website: "Sol's a player I've known since he was young and he's had great experience in America and with Slough U23s.

"He's a centre back who's comfortable on the ball, has good physical attributes and he's looking to now establish himself at senior level.

"I'm looking forward to helping him develop and to make the transition into senior football."

Goodby tweeted: "Looking forward to getting back to it after some time out".

The Hares kick off at 7.30pm against Holbeach tonight (Friday) and welcome King’s Lynn Town U23s next Tuesday for their final pre-season fixture.
