Cambridge Invitational Cup quarter-final
March progressed into the last four of the Cambs Cup with a 4-2 win over Cambridgeshire League premier division outfit Eynesbury this evening.
March took the lead through an own goal after 24 minutes and new signing Dylan Edge made it two goals in two games with the second after 36 minutes. Eyensbury pulled one back after 41 minutes and it remained 2-1 to the Hares at the break.
Gav Cooke netted March's third on the hour and five minutes later the game was out of reach for Eynesbury when a Craig Gillies penalty made it 4-1. Eynesbury scored their second near the end of the match.
