Three Counties members take on two different events across the UK

Three Counties Running Club members participated in two different events at the weekend.

James Hall participated in the Bath Half Marathon in preparation for his upcoming marathon.

The race is a well-organised event with plenty of water stations which was needed as it was surprisingly warm in the sunshine.

After overcoming the heat and two hills late on, Hall ended up with a fantastic run finishing with a PB time of 01:36.48.

The weekend also saw the final race of the Shouldham XC Series hosted by Ryston Runners.

Finishing times: Craig Freestone 29:26, Sarah Johnson 33:55, Tracey Else 35:09 (PB), Sarah Melton-Whitelam 41:30 and Steve Whitelam 41:51.

Tracy Adams also won an overall age category prize from the entire series.
