March athletes contest Frostbite League at Peterborough’s Nene Park
This week saw the second round of the Frostbite League taking place at Nene Park.
March AC had another strong round with both the seniors and juniors placed fifth in this round.
Archie Bullman led the way for the juniors, finishing fifth in the race in a time of 9:21.
Liberty Sibthorp was second for the club and first girl for the team in 10:21.
Austin Sibthorp and Luke Royston were next through the finish funnel to score points for the team.
Maisie Whittlesey was next back for the girls in a time of 12:15.
Glen Watts led the way for the adults, finishing in second place in 27:37.
Serge Lambert was next home followed by leading lady Kanina O'Neil, who was the winning lady in the whole race.
Andy Cole and Henrik Stoner were the next two across the line with just six seconds splitting the pair.
Kai Stoner and Toni Alcaraz followed with both scoring points to help the team maintain their fifth spot in the table.
Liam Lambert, Michael Stacey and Michelle Prior rounded off the list of points scorers for the club.
