March quartet in Bedford for Autodrome Marathon

March Athletics Club had three athletes on the course at the Bedford Autodrome Marathon at the weekend.

Tricia Cole was attempting to run a Boston marathon qualifying time and had a fantastic run leaving her with high hopes of finding herself on a plane to the USA soon.

She was accompanied by Andy Cole and Mike Boxall as the trio ran together finishing in 04:10:14.

Mike Blackledge was also in attendance, competing in the half marathon.

He had a very strong run finishing in a time of 01:52.35.
