Cambridge the destination as March swimmers contest County Championships
March Marlins returned to the water to compete for the first time in 2025 at the Cambridgeshire County Championships at Parkside Pool in Cambridge throughout the weekend.
The swimmers were honoured to have the opportunity to represent their club at the County Championships and will get the opportunity again next weekend.
Twenty-two swimmers competed having achieved qualifying times for the event.
All of the Marlins' Blue Army showed great effort with many gaining medals and earning PBs.
2025 male Junior captain, Jacob Ure, showed amazing progress to claim two gold medals and two bronze medals over the weekend as his hard work continues to reap its awards.
Harriet Feaviour, one of the many star swimmers at the club, put forward yet another fantastic performance achieving five medals across the weekend.
Gold: Harriet Feaviour (100m individual medley), Jacob Ure (100m backstroke, 200m back), Noah Staton (200m butterfly).
Silver: Harriet Feaviour (100m butterfly), Dylan Haylock (100m breaststroke).
Bronze: Harriet Feaviour (200m IM, 200m freestyle, 100m free), Dylan Haylock (50m breast), Mia Jones (50m, 200m breast). Connor Rickard (400m IM), Jude Staton (100m back), Jacob Ure (100m IM, 50m fly).
