March Marlins swimmers secured an array of personal bests at their highly anticipated annual Club Championship Summer Sprint.
Held at Manor Leisure in Whittlesey, the event brought together a vibrant mix of new and experienced swimmers for a day of exciting racing.
For several of the club's younger members, this was their very first taste of competitive swimming.
Despite the nerves, the swimmers stepped up with confidence and delivered some fantastic performances in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
The club's trademark determination was on full display, with the "Blue Army" achieving an incredible 88 PBs over the course of the event.
There were also proud moments as many of the newcomers claimed medals, some of which they joyfully presented to their parents in the audience, drawing cheers and smiles all around.
As always, the event was made possible thanks to the tireless efforts of the club’s committee, officials, and volunteers, who worked together to create a supportive and memorable experience for the swimmers.
Their commitment to developing young talent remains a cornerstone of the Marlins’ success.
With spirits high and medals in hand, March Marlins once again proved why they are a club to watch in the local swimming scene.
